After placing an order and sitting there waiting, my wife and I observed a customer attempt to return his food and get his money back. The owner, a mean miserable woman, instantly started yelling at the customer, calling him homeless (I assure you he wasn’t). She refused to refund his money. Her son who was also working there refunded the man his money which sent the woman into a bigger tirade. Screaming at the rest of the customers in the store that we ALL take advantage of her and that she won’t tolerate customers like that. Another couple waiting along side me told the owner that she shouldn’t berate other customers in front of us, to which she replied “you don’t like it too bad. I give you your money back”. So she refunded them their money. Then another customer, who mentioned he has been coming there for 15 years tried to talk to the owner and she insulted him, saying he could take his business elsewhere. So he also asked for a refund. Then she looked at me with disgust and said “ come here, I give you your money back too. Get out”. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this establishment.

I have ordered from Panda before and it's usually good, however, we ordered today and the food was nasty. Threw it away, $45 wasted. Will not order from them ever again. Called to let them know the food was bad and that they should check the oil, it tasted rancid, the guy told me to hold on a minute and then hung up on me. I wish I could give less than 1 star. By far the worse and most NASTY Chineese food, if you can call it food, that I have ever tasted in my entire life, no joke. I can't even express how bad it was.

Cyntax Error
Great little 'hole-in-the-mall' style Chinese restaurant featuring Americanized Chinese food (I've been to Hong Kong, 'authentic' Chinese food isn't very appealing to us Americans). They pile on the Lo Mein and fried rice like it's going out of fashion, and your to-go box ends up being a few pounds heavy. The food is greasy, in a, 'so is all Chinese food that's stir-fried' kind of way, do don't judge this place harshly; the food is great and plentiful.
